Team
We are a sister and brother duo who have worked for institutional clients in New York, San Francisco, and Boston and are exclusively focused on our clients' critical contract requirements. In 1999 we founded our firm to bring legal know-how to the operations of venture-backed companies that do not have a General Counsel on the management team. We believe that contracts are blueprints for successful business relationships. Taking the long view is what we do.
